Can I ride with my child free if I get them the Unlimited Pass?
A chaperone is included free of charge on all 7 family rides for children under 42”. Chaperones must pay for The Wheel and Island Ropes Course.
Does it have to be consecutive days with the “Next Day Free"?
Yes, Unlimited Passes are valid for 48 hours from time of purchase. Tickets purchased online will not start time until processed in The Ticket Center.
Can parents buy one Unlimited and share it? Can I just buy one for the whole family?
No, The (Unlimited & U+R) are only valid for one person. The wristband and Unlimited card are not transferable at any point during the 48 hours.
My child is 2 so are they are free on everything?
Children 2 and under are freeonlyon The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel but not the other rides. A chaperone will ride free on the family rides. Please check ride requirements before purchasing Unlimited Passes for children 2 and under.
Do you have a One-Day Pass?

If it rains can I have a refund?
Most of our rides including the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel & The Island Ropes Course will continue operations while raining. If heavy winds or lightening occurs rides will be temporarily suspended. The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel does not give refunds for inclement weather. The Rides will be reloaded for use at a later time. The unlimited Pass will continue to be valid the full 48 hours.
